At Cutier Store we want your cute finds to reach you quickly and safely. Here's everything you need to know.

🚚 Free shipping on every order

We offer free standard shipping on all orders, worldwide — no minimum spend.

📦 Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

⏱️ Delivery time

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 2–14 business days depending on your country and local carrier. Remote areas and peak seasons (e.g. holidays) may take a little longer.

🔎 Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

🌍 International orders

We ship worldwide. Any customs duties or import taxes charged by your country (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

📬 Wrong address or lost parcel?

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch. If your tracking hasn't updated for an unusually long time, reach out and we'll help right away.
